How do you decide which ideas to work on?
The community helps decide which ideas are most important by voting the best ideas to the top. These can be viewed using the sort options at the top of the idea list:
- Most Recent:Shows ideas sorted by creation date (most recent first)
- Most Popular: Shows ideas sorted by # of votes plus # of users watching
- Most Discussed: Shows ideas sorted by number of comments and edits
- Highest Score: Shows ideas sorted by score (highest first)
Ideas progress through a set of defined stages before they are realized. By adding an idea to your watchlist, you will be notified when an idea reaches a new stage. Idea stages are defined as follows:
- Active: New ideas are active in the system and are voted on by the community
- Under Review: The idea is currently being evaluated by product management
- Reviewed: The idea has been verified by Accept and voting continues
- In Progress: The idea has been committed to release scope and is underway for delivery
- Delivered: The idea has been implemented
If your idea hasn‘t made the top of the list, don‘t worry − there are a number of factors that determine which ideas are acted upon as part of Accept‘s overall innovation management process.
